We will determine loan feasibility and a representative will be in contact with you shortly.  We suggest that you print this form prior to filling it out so that you can collect necessary information before you begin.  We know this form is detailed, but this is the information necessary to determine your loan qualifications, and which loan program will fit your situation, so please be diligent.  A formal loan application packet will be sent to you if your pre-application meets the requirements needed to continue with the loan process.  If you do not meet our requirements, we may recommend other alternatives.

CONFIDENTIALITY

We share information submitted to us with those we represent and only in accordance with strict internal security standards, confidentiality policies and applicable laws.  We do not share client information with other companies except in order to conduct our business, to comply with applicable law, and to protect against fraud.  For privacy and security reasons all information that you submit to us is stored in our corporate computer files which are offline and only accessible to Brown Lending Group.  No additional documents are required at this time and no credit reports are pulled at this stage.

HOW MUST I PRESENT THIS PRE-APPLICATION  

In addition to having proper business qualifications, ability to pay the loan, good credit rating, proper experience and collateral, people seeking loans for their businesses must complete all applicable fields in this pre-application.  When we consider pre-applications, we want the businessperson to present us with all the applicable fields in the form.  This is all salient information a lender needs to evaluate a loan applicant.  Frequently, the person seeking a loan neglects to give the lender all the information required, yet the lender must know your goals and what you plan to do with the money.  Too many pre-applications are incomplete, fields are left blank, etc.  That makes a lender wonder if the person would run his business in a sloppy way, too.  Make sure that you complete all the necessary fields if you want this form to be evaluated.
