Items Required For Mortgage Application
You
will need to mail the following documents once
your application has been accepted:
Uniform Residential
Loan Application: This is the
standard application form used for any
Mortgage transaction. Please be as thorough
as possible. If married, please have
spouse complete the right side of the
application. Co-Borrowers should
complete a separate application.
PURCHASE: a. 2004 & 2005 W-2's or complete
tax returns if self employed b.
Your last 2 pay stubs or 30 days of pay
stubs c.
Recent 2 months bank statements, mutual
funds, etc. (not internet copies) d.
Copy of driver's license for each borrower e. Copy of Fully
Executed Purchase Contract and Deposit
Check, if applicable f.
Have all parties sign and date the
application g. Complete all
information as thoroughly as possible
REFINANCE: a. 2004 & 2005 W-2's or complete
tax returns if self employed b.
Your last 2 pay stubs or 30 days of pay
stubs c.
Recent 1 month bank statement, mutual funds,
etc. (not internet copies) d. Copy of driver's license for
each borrower e.
Your monthly mortgage statements for all
LOANS, equity lines, etc. f.
Prior owner's title insurance policy (not
title commitment) g.
Warranty Deed h.
A copy of the survey of your property i.
Homeowners / Flood insurance information j. Have all parties sign
and date the application k. Complete all
information as thoroughly as possible

is a drop down box that allows you to pick the
Staff member you've been in contact with.
If you do not have a Staff member assigned to you then just ignore
this and proceed with filling in the
application. We will then assign a Staff
member to work with
you. If you do not complete your application, you
can always return to it later.
